Shipping & Gallery Pick Up Policies

Please Note: Shipping processing time can take between 7-14 days for artwork purchases. If you require your order sooner you may want to select "Gallery Pick Up". Alternatively you can contact us at art@untitled-space.com for an Expedited Shipping Quote.

Free Gallery Pick Up: If you have selected "Gallery Pick Up" upon purchase please contact us to check when your order will be ready for collection and make an appointment to pick up on site. Contact: art@untitled-space.com

Receipts / Certificates of Authenticity for items ordered online: All items purchased online on our website are provided with a digital receipt (which is automated by the system). On your receipt, you can download an official PDF receipt certifying your purchase. Certificates of Authenticity for original or limited edition artworks are also provided digitally to customers purchasing online upon request (your PDF receipt acts also as a gallery Certificate of Authenticity). If you require a paper copy of your receipt or the artist's Certificate of Authenticity it must be requested in writing (mailto: art@untitled-space.com). Please allow 7-14 days for your paper copies to be mailed, and any customers requesting paper copies must supply their full address and phone number for the shipping carrier.

Shipping Quote Required: Some international locations as well as items requiring special handling may note upon check out: "Shipping Quote Required - Please Contact Gallery To Coordinate (Price TBC)". Please contact us before or after your purchase to finalize shipping to your location. Shipping will be billed separately from the order in these circumstances.
