If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will do our best to assist you.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

If damage occurs during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping box so that we may assist you in filing an insurance claim on your behalf.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, undamaged, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Original artwork
• Sculpture
• Prints
• Books
• Magazines
• Limited edition wearable items
• Custom-framed artwork
• Commissioned or specially ordered artwork
• Gift cards
• Downloadable products
• Any item not returned in its original condition or that has been damaged after delivery

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular-priced merchandise may be refunded. Sale items, discounted items, Auction Sales, and "Make an Offer" purchases are final sale and are not eligible for refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you believe your order qualifies for an exchange, please contact us at art@untitled-space.com before returning your item.

Artwork Sales Policy

Original artwork is unique, and all artwork sales are final.

We encourage collectors to carefully review artwork descriptions and images prior to purchase. If you have any questions regarding an artwork's condition, framing, presentation, installation, or any other details, we are happy to provide additional information, photographs, videos, or condition reports whenever possible.

We also welcome you to view available artwork in person at The Untitled Space by appointment prior to purchase.

Original artwork, sculpture, mixed media works, prints, books, magazines, custom-framed artwork, and commissioned works are non-refundable and non-returnable except in the event of verified shipping damage.

Artwork Images

We make every effort to represent artwork through professional photography and detailed descriptions whenever possible.

Please note:

• Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor, mobile device, screen calibration, lighting conditions, and individual display settings.
• Artwork may appear different when viewed under different lighting conditions or in different environments.
• Images are intended to represent the artwork as accurately as possible but should not be interpreted as exact color references.
• Some framed images shown online may be digital renderings or presentation mockups intended to illustrate framing style or scale rather than photographs of the exact framed artwork.
• Minor variations in texture, finish, edges, and surface characteristics are normal for original works.

Framing

Where applicable, framing is selected or approved by the artist and/or gallery unless otherwise noted.

The gallery presents artwork in accordance with the artist's preferred method of presentation.

Frame profiles, wood grain, finishes, glazing, hardware, and other framing materials may vary slightly.

Framing is considered part of the artwork's presentation and is not grounds for return or refund. 

Works on Paper

Original works on paper—including watercolor, ink, gouache, mixed media, handmade paper, and similar media—may naturally exhibit slight rippling or undulation, deckled or irregular edges, variations in paper texture, and other characteristics inherent to the artist's materials and creative process.

Due to the handmade nature of original works on paper, slight variations from online images may occur and are considered part of the unique character of the artwork.

These natural characteristics are part of the original artwork and are not considered defects.

Artist Materials & Techniques

Artists often incorporate distinctive materials, presentation methods, framing techniques, and finishing processes as an intentional part of their artistic practice.

Natural characteristics resulting from an artist's chosen materials, techniques, or presentation are considered inherent to the artwork and are not considered defects or grounds for return or refund.

Custom Orders

Artwork that has been custom framed, specially ordered, commissioned, or otherwise customized is non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

Shipping Damage

If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Retain all original packaging.
• Provide photographs of:
  • The exterior packaging
  • The interior packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The damaged artwork

Failure to retain the original packaging may prevent us from filing an insurance claim with the shipping carrier.

Condition Reports

We are happy to provide additional photographs, videos, or condition reports for unique artwork prior to purchase upon request. For a condition report on an artwork, email us at art@untitled-space.com.
